Im not much for doing reviews, but Len Crawford deserves this ! Ive used him for HVAC in the past and EVERY time hes the BEST! Called him at 6AM this morning, furnace down he answered the phone, and was here within an hour. Looked over and found we just needed to replace the thermostat. Didnt try to oversell and was REASONABLE !! Great personality and completely trustworthy! Simply the BEST!

My heat went out just as the temperature is going back down for the weekend. Len came and fixed the problem, the thermostat had gone bad. He was here quickly and the price was very reasonable, especially for an emergency call. I'm happy, warm, and will definitely call him again if I ever need anything!

Let me start by saying, I never write reviews. But this mornings experience warrants my first time! I am singing my praises to Len Crawford. My air conditioner broke during this record-breaking week of extreme heat. I called at 7 AM and he was at my home within a half hour. He had my air conditioner fixed and was gone before I had to leave for work! Len did work on my electric heat pump at my previous resident years ago. He was wonderful then also. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much, Len!

Leonard replaced my 20+ year old AC unit with a new Carrier unit years ago that has been working great. My 21+ year old furnace stopped working and he was able to replace it with a Carrier unit within a few days of contacting him!
Leonard is reasonable, knowledgeable, and someone you can trust.

Leonard was very professional and very fast in his response to our cooling needs. After we spent A weekend without air conditioning during the hottest two days of summer, Leonard arrived at our home within 2 hours after our call. He was able to replace Our Capacitor to our heat pump curing the problem for a lot less money than we had anticipated. I would recommend Leonard Crawford for anyone's heating and cooling needs.

Len has responded twice to emergency repairs in the past six months, both truly emergencies. No heat, Steeler Sunday, 10 degrees? Len was there in less than an hour. No A/C, 92 degrees, unhappy dog and wife? Once again Len was available and fixed the problem. Prompt, courteous and reasonable, what else can you ask?

I felt that the price for my furnace repair was reasonable. Len responded to my call and was at my house the same afternoon. He is pleasant to work with, and it sounds like he really knows what hes talking about.

I do not think I have ever experienced the quality of service I have from anyone that i have from Len. He is always available knows his products understands the complexity of the systems, and accountabable to you to get the problem fixed. No matter how busy he finds the time to fix your problem. Today it was unbeliveable hhe was here in no time and fixed the problem in less than a hour. I trust him, like him, and admire his committment to his customers.

After recommendations on facebook we called Len. He was fast, identified the problem quickly, and the bill was beyond reasonable. We found our permanent HVAC guy!
